Multi-tenant webhook integration syncing Shopify orders into Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT and DonorPerfect. Per-organization configuration with SKU-based gift and donor field mapping. Running across multiple nonprofits.

CRM middleware migration

Migrated an existing DonorPerfect middleware integration to Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT for a healthcare foundation following a CRM transition.

VoIP transcription → Blackbaud RE NXT

Webhook integration receiving call transcripts from a VoIP platform, matching callers to constituent records by phone number, and logging transcripts automatically.
